Job Summary: We are looking for a detail-oriented, organized Loan Processor. This position is responsible for the accurate and timely preparation of loan documents and plays a critical role in delivering excellent customer service while maintaining attention to detail and meeting strict deadlines. Essential Functions: Request and track orders of appraisals, title work, flood, and other reports on real estate loans Review loan documentation requests for accuracy and completion Prepare loan documents based on officer’s request and verify they are in accordance to loan pol...
