The Head of Tax will lead Amynta’s global tax function with responsibility across income tax compliance, tax provision, planning, and advisory support. This role is designed for an experienced, high potential tax leader who is earlier in their leadership career and ready to step into broader ownership of a tax function in a private equity owned, acquisitive environment. The role is both hands on and strategic, combining execution with leadership. The Head of Tax will manage and develop the internal tax team while also designing and overseeing a balanced outsource vs. insource operating model, ensuring the right mix of internal capability and external expertise as the organization scales.
