DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: - Provide immediate, customer-focused support to yield 100% customer satisfaction. - Assist the sales representatives and customers with technical expertise and complete mechanical understanding of industrial rotating equipment, and related components - Troubleshoot and repair customer equipment breakdowns or system failures and provide recommendations for assembly, disassembly, and repair techniques, as well as improved maintenance practices to equipment operating reliability. - Installation of NOV FMS products as needed by the business - Conduct training for customers, reps, and Authorized Service Center personnel in proper assembly, disassembly, and repair procedures related to NOV products. - Timely and accurate completion of Field Service Reports. - Travel to customer’s facilities for service calls and courtesy customer support calls sometimes on short notice. - Identify opportunities for improving processes using Lean tools. - Travel primarily Mon-Fri up to 75% sometimes on short notice - International travel may be required 1-2 times yearly SKILLS & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: Mechanical - Able to understand and read mechanical plans, drawings, and site l...
