Description Job Title: Plumber Location: Varies: Department: Plumbing: Reports To: Business Operations Manager: FLSA Status: Hourly Non-Exempt: EEO Classification: Technicians: Effective/Revision Date: 03.01.2023 Job Summary: This position is responsible for performing installation of water heaters, as well as plumbing fixtures including, but not limited to, new toilets and faucets in occupied or unoccupied residential, multi-family, commercial, and other dwellings. Essential Job Functions: - Installation and service of water heaters including gas and electric tank water heaters, tankless water heaters, hybrid water heaters, direct and power vent water heaters, and recirculating pumps while upholding Federal, State, and Local codes. Must be able to troubleshoot any issues with the above. - Installation and service of faucets, garbage disposals, toilets, along with water filtration, reverse osmosis, and water softening systems. Must be able to troubleshoot any issues with the above. - Ensure the required documentation for each job is completed and uploaded into our system in a timely fashion. - Ensures all personal property of clients is protected from work areas. - Works in a varie...
