Position Summary: The primary role is to support the OIMBA program through leadership in student recruitment, onboarding, community engagement, and program administration. Job Description: Position: Western Colorado University invites applications for the full-time position of Outdoor Industry MBA (OIMBA) Community Coordinator and Administrative Lead. The position reports to the OIMBA Director, works closely with Graduate Studies and the School of Business , and is responsible for supporting the OIMBA program through leadership in and execution of duties related to student recruitment, onboarding, community engagement, and program administration. This position is hybrid. Responsibilities: The OIMBA Community Coordinator and Administrative Lead, is responsible for coordinating recruitment initiatives, managing student systems (SLATE, Canvas), supporting immersions and special events, maintaining alumni engagement, and overseeing key administrative and financial processes (in Workday).
