Job description

As a Digital Workspace Solutions Engineer you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and supporting secure, scalable, and user‑centric digital workplace solutions for clients. This role focuses on end‑user computing, collaboration, unified communications, and device ecosystems across Windows, macOS, and mobile platforms. The engineer partners with clients, service delivery teams, and vendors to translate business and workforce needs into reliable, supportable digital workspace architectures. Technical & Architectural Responsibilities: Architect, implement, and support modern digital workspace solutions aligned with client business objectives, security requirements, and user experience goals. Design and support VDI, DaaS, and Cloud PC architectures (e.g., Azure Virtual Desktop, Windows 365, third‑party VDI platforms), including sizing, performance optimization, access patterns, and cost considerations. Architect end‑to‑end email and productivity solutions using Microsoft 365, including Exchange Online, Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, and Office applications.
