Your mission: We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Engineer Pharma Operations Engineering Fill & Finish to join our Technology & Capability Expansion team in Visp. This newly defined, critical role will serve as the technical authority ensuring the successful transition of our new fill-and-finish facility, Viva 2, from the project phase into stable, routine GMP operations. In this role, you will bridge the gap between engineering, validation, and production. You will be accountable for ensuring the reliable, compliant startup and ongoing performance of complex aseptic equipment, securing high equipment availability and OEE from day one.
