Talent Experience Coordinator Our Talent Acquisition team are now looking for a Talent Experience Coordinator to help us attract exceptional talent and deliver an outstanding recruitment process. You will play a key role in shaping the candidate experience, acting as an ambassador for every applicant and ensuring that they feel valued, well-informed, and respected throughout their journey. About the Role: In this role, you will be responsible for guiding candidates confidently through the recruitment process by communicating clearly, addressing questions, and ensuring each touchpoint is seamless. Reporting to the Talent Experience Team Leader, and working closely with the wider Talent Acquisition team, you will play a key role in maintaining an efficient, consistent, and positive recruitment experience for all. You will also: Depending on your role, you may be fully on-site or have a mix of on-site and home working – this is what we refer to as ‘Hybrid’. Our hybrid working policy allows colleagues to work from home for part of the week, with a minimum of three days on-site, depending on business needs.
