The Opportunity The Senior Systems Integrator designs, develops, and commissions complex electrical control systems, with a focus on integrating PLC and HMI systems for efficient operation and communication. Senior systems integrators are responsible for maintaining project schedules and ensuring the quality of project deliverables. Mentoring and collaborating with engineering teams and members is essential to ensure system compatibility and enhance substation efficiency. What You'll Do: - Review electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and other project documentation, providing learning opportunities for junior team members. - Review, design and integrate PLC (Programmable Logic Controller) and HMI (Human Machine Interface) systems for renewable energy automation applications while providing learning opportunities for junior team members. - Perform and review the work for the integration of complex substation systems and devices, including protective relays, RTACs (Real-Time Automation Controllers), and communication networks. - Lead testing and mentor junior team members to troubleshoot electrical control systems to ensure proper functionality and performance. - Oversee and perfor...
