Electrical Engineer Work Location: Huntsville, AL: Schedule: Full Time; 40 hours per week; 8 hours per day in office (remote work is not authorized) Relocation: Negotiable: IronMountain Solutions is seeking an Electrical Engineer supporting an upcoming Long Range Standoff Weapon (LRSO) effort in Huntsville, AL. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in the design, manufacture, and installation of electrical harnesses for integration into existing aviation platforms. This role is critical to ensuring reliable and efficient retrofitting or upgrading electrical systems in complex mechanical and electromechanical platforms—from contract award through final delivery and closeout. This position is contingent upon contract award. Education and General Experience: - Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or a related field with eight (8) years of relevant experience, or twelve (12) years of relevant experience without a degree, is required, with emphasis on electrical harness design, integration, modification, repair, or production into aviation platforms. - Proficiency in electrical CAD software and harness design tools. - Familiarity with harness manufacturing processes a...
