Job description

The Payroll Specialist is responsible for, but not limited to, processing payrolls for multiple companies/countries (Spain, Portugal, GBS ROW and Italy) accurately and timely. Ensure compliance with Government local payroll laws and regulations. Troubleshoot and resolve payroll issues efficiently. Deliver quality customer service in a timely, accurate and professional manner. Partners with our HR Team, suppliers, payroll vendors, to resolve payroll issues and ensure that all taxing liabilities are properly remitted. Payroll Processing: Management, tracking, and communication of payroll variables to the payroll provider. Manage statutory leaves such as maternity, paternity, and unpaid leave. Ensure accurate compliance of benefits taxation. - Process monthly payroll runs, including calculating wages, deductions , and overtime. - Ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll transactions such as salaries, benefits, garnishments, and taxes. - Cooperate effectively with the payroll vendors in the countries to ensure timely and accurate payroll processing. - Review and validate timekeeping data for accuracy and compliance with company policies. - Process monthly/quarterly Expat shadow...
