About the opportunity: Leads the planning, coordination, and execution of facilities and construction projects that span over multiple departments and functional areas across the health system. Provides direct leadership and oversight of the Buildings Project team, including onboarding and training, workload planning, assignment delegation, and performance management. Ensures projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget while maintaining alignment with operational priorities, regulatory requirements, and organizational standards.
