This Lead Advanced Practice Provider (Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant) position provides direct patient care through comprehensive assessment, physical diagnosis, and therapeutic management of high-acuity critically ill patients in the ICU setting. The Lead APP will work collaboratively with an interdisciplinary team, including faculty, fellows, residents, nursing staff, and APP colleagues, to develop, implement, and coordinate individualized plans of care informed by current clinical guidelines, best practices, and patient-centered goals. The successful applicant will have prior ICU experience and demonstrated competence managing complex, critically ill patients in a high-acuity environment.
