The Food Safety and Quality Assurance Supervisor oversees day-to-day QA/QC operations in the roasting plant and acts as the FSQA Manager in their absence. This position will supervise the priorities and activities performed by the quality technicians. This is a “hands on” role. Salary: $85,000 – $95,000 Location: Alameda, CA – Onsite with Rotating Weekends KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Leadership & Team Management - Lead, develop, and performance manage a team of QA/QC Technicians across multiple shifts. - Conduct Midyear and Annual Performance Reviews for all direct reports. - Support onboarding of new, temporary, or seasonal employees. - Act as a backup to the FSQA Manager when the FSQA Manager is out. - Foster a culture of quality and compliance across the organization.
