501668 Asset Project Manager SME Work Location: On-site (Norfolk, VA): Schedule: Full-Time (40 Hours): Relocation: N/A: IronMountain Solutions (IMS) is seeking a highly qualified and experienced Asset Project Manager Subject Matter Expert (SME) to support operations in the Norfolk, Virginia area. The Asset Project Manager SME is responsible for planning, coordinating, and managing Programmed Depot Maintenance (PDM) activities to ensure successful execution of maintenance availabilities in alignment with cost, schedule, and performance requirements. Job Responsibilities: Develop and maintain a working knowledge of United States Coast Guard ship repair standards, policies, and procedures. Conduct planned vessel assessments to support development of planned availability work lists. Perform onboard inspections, including climbing ladders and accessing confined or restricted spaces, to identify required hull, mechanical, and electrical (HM&E) repairs. Collaborate with Maintenance Integrators and Port Engineers to develop repair specifications and contracts.
