Position Summary: The Field Service Representative (FSR) is responsible for effectively utilizing company resources to manage field operations from pre-installation preparation through the completion of the homeowner’s warranty period. This role oversees production installations, conducts thorough Quality Assurance (QA) walkthroughs, and manages customer service inspections and repair activities. The FSR also performs Service Technician duties as required to ensure quality workmanship, customer satisfaction, and timely resolution.
