Insurance Product & Service Value Proposition Management Manager Country: Spain: Santander Insurance is looking for a JV Management & Strategy Manager I , based in Madrid. In this role, your main responsibilities will include: - Understanding of the overall bancassurance operation across the 10 geographies where Santander Insurance business operates. - Prepare documentation to enable the decision taking in key governance bodies like Santander Board of Directors, Executive Committee, One-to-one with CEO, Quarterly and Annual public presentation results or JST documentation. - Development of the yearly Strategic Planning process in alignment with Santander key stakeholders and Insurance joint-ventures, analysing business units’ macroeconomic and regulatory context, strengths and challenges, trends and mid-term opportunities, and key strategic priorities. - Alignment with insurance joint-ventures in the key initiatives and financing model for the proper execution of the insurance strategy - Support in the follow-up of distribution agreements across countr...
