If you think you'll like to manage the following responsibilities at higher standards: Develop, implement and maintain site health, safety and environmental (HSE) programmes to ensure legal and company compliance. Lead risk assessments, job safety analyses and incident investigations; implement corrective and preventive actions to eliminate root causes. Monitor workplace inspections, audits and safety observations; track non-conformances and verify timely closure. Drive sustainability initiatives, waste reduction, energy efficiency and circular economy practices across operations. Provide HSE input to new product introductions, process changes and capital projects to ensure safe by-design principles.
