Overview Pay Scale: $52,000 to $56,000 yearly based on experience. New Hire Sign on Bonus: $4,000 to be paid at $2,000 at 6 months of employment and $2,000 at 12 months. The Residential supervisor manages and coordinates a variety of activities and programs for students of unit team, supervises direct care staff, and oversees the operation of the campus under the supervision of the Unit Director, by performing the following duties. Responsibilities: Provides formal supervision to Child Care Specialists and Senior Child Care Specialists in accordance with Stetson School procedure and submits weekly tracking of this performance to the Unit Director.Oversees orientation of new direct care staff, including review of job description and completion of a 90-day evaluation.Provides staff performance appraisals for assigned Child Care Specialists and Senior Child Care Specialists as scheduled, in consultation with the Unit Director.Assesses development needs of unit staff and provides training when necessary.Constructs and provides development and / or corrective action plans for individual supervisees as necessary, and ensures the necessary teaching and tracking.Encourages educational and...
