About the Role: The Sustaining Engineer is responsible for the ongoing engineering support of Standard Bots’ production robot lines. This role owns the technical integrity of our products from production through field deployment—maintaining BOMs, drawings, and engineering documentation, driving part and design improvements, debugging production issues, and managing engineering change processes. You’ll act as the bridge between design engineering and the shop floor, ensuring that what we build matches what we designed and continuously gets better.
