Project Manager, Formulation and Process Development (F/M/NB) This position plays a key role within the Semisolid Center of Excellence. The incumbent helps ensure the continued market presence of existing products and oversees the development of new semisolid products (W/O, O/W emulsions, gels, and related formulations). The project manager is responsible for selecting ingredients for formulation, defining critical process parameters, scaling up products, and transferring them to the industrial site. They make key project decisions based on technical feasibility data and company-wide priorities. Key Responsibilities: - Select, test, and recommend ingredients for semi-solid formulations in accordance with specifications and regulatory requirements (cosmetics, medical devices, pharmaceuticals). - Provide technical expertise on new product development (NPD) and the maintenance of marketed products, meeting deadlines, for both internal sites and contract manufacturing organizations (CMOs). - Define critical formulation attributes and critical process parameters (CPP/CQA), optimize, and lead the scale-up process . - Conduct industrial feasibility tests and oversee technology transfer to...
