Key Responsibilities: · Provide direct resident care under the supervision of registered nurses or physicians.· Administer medications and treatments according to supervisory orders.· Monitor residents' vital signs and assess their condition.· Med Checks· Document resident information, treatments, and responses to care accurately.· Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated and comprehensive resident care.· Maintain a clean and safe patient environment.· Adhere to established policies, procedures, and protocols for nursing care.· Respond promptly to emergencies and provide appropriate interventions.
