Salary of £45,253 including shift allowance in addition to a competitive benefits package with pension, shares scheme and bonus. About the Role: As an Electrical Production Engineer, you’ll play a vital role within our Packaging Line Craft team, bringing your technical expertise to keep high-speed packaging lines running safely, reliably, and efficiently. This is a hands-on role where your proactive attitude and problem-solving skills will make a real impact on performance, safety, and quality. What you’ll be doing: Ensure operational excellence by supporting asset care and performing planned and reactive maintenance. Drive continuous improvement in line performance, safety, quality, and delivery. Collaborate and mentor operators and team leaders in autonomous maintenance and fixing issues.
