How You’ll Be Involved In this role, you will carry out technical assessments to validate potential latent defects, inspecting building fabric, mechanical and plumbing systems often at short notice. You’ll gather accurate data, measurements and test results, producing clear and detailed defect reports. Working independently at height, in confined spaces and on high‑rise roofs, you’ll ensure full compliance with health and safety regulations while managing remedial works and ensuring effective technical solutions are delivered.
