Supply Chain Supervisor The Supply Chain Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the activities at Viant’s Grand Rapids facility. The supervisor will ensure that all materials and products needed to run the business are acquired, processed, stored, and delivered in a timely manner. The Supply Chain Supervisor will ensure that the supply chain team is operating as efficiently as possible. Responsibilities: - Provide daily supervision and direction to the supply chain team aligned with Viant Values. - As a member of the plant leadership team, accountable for key site metrics (safety, quality, delivery, cost and inventory) and functional performance. - Lead the supply chain team including goal setting, development and performance management. - Champion site master data integrity. - Facilitate the site SIOP process. - Lead/participate in regular customer management activities (i.e. management calls, project reviews, etc.,) - Lead development and execution of site master schedule. - Assist with the creation and maintenance of site capacity model delivering optimal utilization of all manufacturing assets. - Lead/participate with the development and execution of proactive inventory manag...
