The Role The Talent Acquisition Partner is a strategic leadership role, not just an executional recruiting position. You will be accountable for building sustainable talent pipelines, evolving how the organization thinks about hiring, and ensuring Maersk is positioned to win in competitive talent markets considering our recent announcement in moving the NAM Headquarter to Charlotte. You will oversee end-to-end talent acquisition for professional, specialist, and leadership roles across North America, while developing scalable strategies that reduce reliance on reactive search and agency spending.
