This role is ideal for a senior Linux expert who can troubleshoot deep system issues, automate administration at scale, and strengthen secure, reliable platform operations across complex environments. Responsibilities: Administer, maintain, and harden Linux systems supporting HPC and other mission-focused programs in heterogeneous, multi-platform environments. Troubleshoot complex operating system and kernel-level issues using source code analysis, system logs, and low-level diagnostic tools. Manage patching and system lifecycle activities, including repository administration and custom kernel builds to support new functionality and security requirements.
