JOB OVERVIEW: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Leisure Sales Manager to join our Caribbean Area Sales Team. This role will support these properties: - InterContinental Dominica Cabrits Resort & Spa - Six Senses La Sagesse, Grenada - InterContinental Grenada (opening in 2026) ACCOUNTABILITY: This job is a sales professional with established sales goals. - Establish client base of individuals, organizations, associations, social, and/or corporate businesses through direct outside and inside selling to secure business for the hotel to ensure that room night sales and revenue goals are met or exceeded. - Actively prospect, qualify, and close business with consortia, luxury lifestyle tour operators and wholesalers, and others. - Promote and educate potential clients on the island destination, activities, and amenities. - Achieve personal and team goals as assigned. - Negotiate guest room rates, meeting room rental, function space, and/or hotel services within approved booking guidelines.
