Why This Role Matters As Administration Manager at Savills, based on the Gold Coast, you will play a key role in supporting the efficient operation and financial performance of a prime retail centre. Working closely with the Centre Manager, site team, tenants, and stakeholders, you will provide strong administrative and financial support, ensuring accurate processes, effective coordination, and high standards of governance. This role is integral to the smooth day‑to‑day running of the centre and contributes directly to asset performance, stakeholder confidence, and tenant satisfaction. What You’ll be Doing: - Taking overall responsibility for the centre’s property administration - Liaising with key stakeholders to effectively manage and maintain accurate lease data while supporting day-to-day retailer communication and administration - Managing credit control, debtor portfolios, and client reporting requirements - Overseeing and managing supplier invoices to ensure accuracy, compliance, and timely processing - Supporting the site team with budget management, financial tracking, and reporting including basic monitoring of retailer sales performance, turnover data, and trading trends...
