Job Description Summary What impact you’ll make Internal logistics operation including customs for inbound and outbound deliveries, reporting to the authorities in Romania for all transactions related to Logistic operations. Job Description: What you’ll do: - Identification of Transport Companies (Domestic and International) - Processing of Transport Orders (Domestic and International) & e-transport report to the Romanian Authorities - Preparation of Dispatch Notes and Management of Import/Export Formalities - Completion of the INTRASTAT Declaration and CBAM report - Management and Tracking of Purchase Requests (PR) - Preparation and Issuance of Requests for Quotation (RFQ) - Management and Analysis of Quotations - Preparation and Issuance of Purchase Orders (PO) - Monitoring and Receipt of Purchase Orders (PO) - Negotiation and Contracting - Approval of Procurement Costs for GEPSR Offers What you’ll bring (Basic Qualifications): - College or university degree - Fluent language skills in Romanian and English - Strong experience in a similar role - Relevant knowledge, experience in logistics and customs field - Good communications skills - SAP and Excel user level knowledge About us...
