We are looking for someone to take on the role of Photo Content Team Lead and be responsible for the efficient management of the photo post-production process in a large-scale e-commerce environment. Responsibilities: Coordinating the work of a team of Photo Editors and overseeing the flow of all project submissions. Verifying the completeness of briefs before submitting tasks for execution. Managing the task queue and ensuring smooth production processes. Identifying and eliminating bottlenecks in the workflow. Planning and optimally allocating work according to team availability and competencies. Responsible for project schedules and timely delivery of materials. Coordinating feedback stages and production dependencies. Final quality control for compliance with the project scope, technical guidelines, formats, naming conventions, and resolution requirements.
