Job Description: THE ANALYST (M&A / TRANSACTION ADVISORY) ROLE: As an Analyst, you will work on internal and client projects and will play a key role in gathering and analyzing data, preparing process-related documentation, conducting comprehensive market and business analyses, and identifying strategic opportunities. Ideal candidates have strong analytical, problem-solving, and people skills.
