Job description

Lyon County is seeking a full-time Custodian. This non-exempt position starts at $14.14/hr. and is eligible for benefits including health/dental/vision insurance and paid time off. Candidates must have a high school diploma (or equivalent) and a current Class C driver's license, and must pass pre-employment testing including physical, drug test, and background check. Prior related experience is preferred but not required. Ability to read, analyze and interpret technical manuals relative to facilities maintenance. Ability to write reports and response to Facility Work Orders. Ability to work with mathematical concepts. Ability to apply concepts as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations.
