About the Opportunity Facilities Attendants are responsible for maintaining the presentation, safety and overall condition of our accommodation villages. Key responsibilities may include: Roles are full-time and permanent and primarily operate on a 14 days on / 7 days off roster, with some flexibility required to meet operational needs. Site allocation and start dates will be discussed as opportunities become available. - General grounds and village maintenance - Rubbish and waste management - Supporting the upkeep of communal and outdoor areas - Working collaboratively to ensure villages remain clean, safe and welcoming What's In It for You?: - Base salary of $73,875 per annum plus 12% superannuation - $7,000 annual incentive, paid quarterly and pro-rated based on commencement date (conditions apply) - Equalised fortnightly pay - Meals and accommodation provided on site (non-local employees) - Local allowances for employees living off-site - Access to the Civeo Hive employee benefits platform - Access to on-site facilities including gyms, hubs and pools (site dependent) - Wellbeing initiatives including EAP and Health & Lifestyle Coordinators - Ongoing training, internal developme...
