The Grove en Español Discipleship Coordinator plays a key role in cultivating spiritual growth by supporting and strengthening small groups, Bible studies, and leaders within the Spanish-speaking community. Through providing vision and alignment for groups, developing new leaders, and coordinating discipleship pathways, this role helps individuals grow in Christ, build meaningful relationships, and engage more deeply in the life of the church. By serving alongside the Spanish Pastor and investing in the spiritual health of the The Grove en Español congregation, the Discipleship Coordinator helps guide our community toward deeper faith and greater impact.
