Full-time | 3 Month Contract | SCHADS Award Level 4 ($44.58 - $47.97 p/hr) We are seeking an experienced Rostering Officer for a 3 month fixed term contract to support our 24/7 domestic, family and sexual violence support services. Working collaboratively with the broader organisation, you will quickly establish and manage effective, sustainable rosters aligned with service demand and employee wellbeing. You will confidently allocate resources across multiple service lines, coordinate off phone activities such as meetings, and provide responsive, compassionate support to staff roster enquiries. This role also involves real-time roster monitoring and same day adjustments to meet service delivery needs.
