Overview Education Lead – Drybar: Department: Sales Operations Reports To: Assistant Shop Manager / Shop Manager Position Type: Exempt, Hourly Paid, Full-Time or Part-Time, Leadership Role Position Summary: The Education Lead plays a key role in maintaining Drybar’s high standards of service by focusing on stylist education, technical training, and team development. This position is responsible for supporting stylist growth, onboarding new team members, and reinforcing Drybar service standards across the team. The Education Lead serves as a liaison between the shop leadership team and stylists, focusing on ensuring stylists consistently deliver exceptional client experiences while strengthening their technical skills and product knowledge.
