About this role: Wells Fargo is looking for an experienced Senior Securities Operations Specialist to join the International Securities Settlement Team in Corporate and Investment Banking Operations. This role involves overseeing fixed income prematching and ensuring the timely and accurate settlement of international fixed income and equity trading activities across all WF entities on the settlement date. The team collaborates with global custodians and various business partners, including Sales and Trading desks, DCM, Middle Office, Risk and Control Teams, to manage exception-driven events. These events encompass fail management, reconciliations, buy-ins, repo settlements, DCM primary activities, stock loan support, prime brokerage support, re-alignment services, corporate actions, 144A/RegS exchanges, ADR conversions, security and cash position breaks, as well as asset segregation processing.
