Reports to the Front End Manager. - Assists in supervising the Front End team to ensure optimal performance and guest experience - Oversees prompt and accurate fulfillment of online orders through platforms such as Instacart and Mercato - Answers enquires about online orders and provides information on products - Confirms and locks customers’ orders and communicates fulfillment timelines - Handpicks items on customers’ lists; scans using a handheld mobile device; runs items through the checkout counter and pays for them through cash or credit/debit card...
