Job Description Job Summary: The Principal Account Manager, Academic Physician & Leadership Recruitment serves as a critical liaison between academic clients, recruiters, and internal business development partners. This role supports the delivery of academic physician, APP, and leadership searches by actively managing client relationships, facilitating search execution, and ensuring clear communication, reporting, and accountability across all stakeholders. This position requires direct academic physician recruitment experience and works closely with academic recruitment leadership to support large, complex academic clients with high search volumes. Core Responsibilities: Client Partnership & Academic Search Management Bridge Between Business Development & Recruiting - Serve as a primary client-facing partner for academic medical centers, teaching hospitals, and universities, helping clients navigate the physician and leadership recruitment process. - Support large, complex accounts with multiple active searches across specialties and leadership levels. - Actively participate in 5–8 client update and strategy meetings per week, providing: - Search status updates - Pipeline and cand...
