Minimum qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in a technical field, or equivalent practical experience. - 2 years of experience in program management. - Experience with data visualisation in Python, Vibe Coding, Tableau or Power BI. Preferred qualifications: - 2 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects. - Experience in program management within the networking area, including delivering infrastructure assets. - Proficient in navigating ambiguity and identifying opportunities for optimization whilst possessing problem-solving skills. - Knowledge of fiber optic systems/submarine cable ecosystems and working understanding of EMEA and global carrier networks. - Strong problem solving and financial skills with the ability to adopt data-driven, investigative approaches towards solving complex challenges. - Strong communication skills and collaboration with a range of people and job functions.
