Summary The United Safety Human Resources Department is looking for an experienced, driven, relationship focused HR Supervisor to join our team. This position is ideal for someone looking to take the next step in their career from an HR Coordinator, or Generalist role, and who enjoys hands-on engagement with employees. The HR Supervisor (Operations) is responsible for delivering human resources support across designated business units, with a strong emphasis on field engagement and operational partnership. This role provides frontline HR leadership, supports day-to-day employee relations, and ensures consistent application of company policies, procedures, and employment practices across all Canadian operations. The HR Supervisor acts as a key liaison between employees, operations leadership, and corporate HR, driving practical, business focused solutions that support workforce effectiveness and organizational goals.
