Job description

Audubon is currently seeking a Site Equipment Tracker to join our team in our Off Site Office. The Site Equipment Tracker will manage a system of tracking equipment onsite from arrival to installation. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES: - Perform tasks of keeping records, scanning paperwork, and filing paperwork when equipment arrives at the site. - Make the key parties responsible when and where the equipment is placed in the facility or onsite. - Able to manage PO, invoices, and quotes for equipment and material in an organized manner. - Be able to produce easy access to all the equipment inventory onsite, with details on which plan and system it belongs to. - Knowledge of computer systems to operate, print, and manage spreadsheets. - Ensures that materials and equipment received at the project site are properly inspected, marked, and identified. - Investigation and resolution of invoice discrepancies & P.O’s Close out.
