The Service Shop Technician primarily is responsible for light repair and maintenance of customer’s small power tools/equipment. Service Shop Technicians are responsible to provide the highest level of customer service and the highest quality of service work possible. We are primarily looking to fill a full-time role however, qualified part-time candidates may be considered. Pay Range: $18.00-$20.00 Depending on experience. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES: RSI1-CMP - Loading and unloading equipment, machine assembly, installation of equipment, troubleshooting and repair of equipment. - Process orders in compliance with all requirements. - Must be able to perform in a productive and positive manner in high stress and fast paced work environment with minimal supervision. - Must be willing and able to obtain and maintain proper certifications that may be required. - General machine maintenance, facility maintenance, service calls, and on-site evaluations and equipment demos. - Willing to travel for trade shows and training opportunities. - Must represent Runnings in a professional and positive manner. - Operate equipment such as forklifts, delivery truck, etc. - Maintain a cl...
