Overview The Vice President of Operations must believe in, practice, and initiate all Green Brick Mortgage values set forth in an acronym we call HOME. They must be H onest, O bjective, M ature and E fficient in how they approach their role at Green Brick Mortgage. Green Brick Mortgage is in search of a visionary operations leader who exemplifies excellence and is prepared to both embrace and tackle the challenges associated with the fast-paced buildout of a captive mortgage startup for our builder partners. The position demands a proactive approach to ensuring our business-to-business and business-to-consumer operations excel in efficiency, compliance, quality, and customer satisfaction.
