Join Komatsu and Be Part of Something Big! Job Overview: Manage the efforts of supervisors and hourly personnel covering various departments over three shifts. Is responsible for administering and controlling productive labor, variable overhead and OVC budgets. Is responsible for efficient use, operation and preservation of production facilities in the Peoria plant. Key Job Responsibilities: - Responsible for maintaining a safe, clean and an environmentally friendly work place for employees and visitors. (ISO14001). - Responsible for quality of output as delivered to other production areas, service parts and/or customers. - Manage efforts to achieve established production goals. Monitor progress and adjust efforts accordingly. Develop and implement programs to improve efficiency and reduce costs. - Initiate increases or decreases in manpower.
