Job Summary: onsemi is seeking a self-driven and motivated professional to join our Reliability team. As a Staff Reliability engineer, you will have the opportunity of leading the Reliability Hardware Design, HTOL/THB/HAST BI validation, qualifications of new products and advanced technologies, participating in a broad range of reliability activities in a highly dynamic working environment. You will be part of multidisciplinary teams to develop innovative products at a high-quality level. Responsibilities: Requirements: onsemi is excited to share the base salary range for this position is $131,100.00 to $222, 755.00. Range is exclusive of fringe benefits or potential bonuses. The final pay rate for the successful candidate will depend on geographic location, skills, education, experience, and/or consideration of internal equity of our current team members.
