Description Cornerstone Family Healthcare is actively recruiting for a Clinical Coordinator to join our growing team in Middletown, NY. RATE OF PAY/SALARY: $36.00 - $41.00 per hour WORK LOCATION(S): Middletown, NY: STATUS: Full-time: General Purpose: To provide oversight of the nursing and clinical care provided in the department. Description of Duties: - Under the supervision of the Lead Nurse, provide daily oversight to the department’s LPNs and Medical Assistants. - Provide supervision to the department’s LPNs and Medical Assistants. - In collaboration with the Clinical Training Coordinator and Lead nurse, create, implement and supervise the new nurse/MA orientation process. - Ensure that nursing staff adhere to CORNERSTONE nursing policies.
