Who is Mpower Mpower is a well-established, accredited not-for-profit community-based organisation servicing South West Victoria. Established in 1975, Mpower has grown from a small voluntary service to an organisation employing over 95 staff, delivering a range of clinical and support services to more than 1,200 families across the region. With the introduction of the NDIS and expansion of community services, Mpower continues to grow and evolve to meet the needs of our local communities. The Role: Our Carer Support Program provides person-centred support to individuals caring for others in the community. Carers may support people who are frail aged, living with disability, mental illness, dementia, chronic illness or terminal conditions. As a Carer Support Practitioner, you will play a key role in supporting carers through information, referrals, coordination, and access to flexible respite options. You will work directly with carers in their homes and community settings, building strong relationships and supporting them to achieve meaningful outcomes.
