Acute Care TechnologyJob Description: Marketing Manager, EMS Software The Marketing Manager, EMS Software is responsible for executing marketing initiatives that drive adoption, retention, and growth of ZOLL’s EMS software solutions across North America. This role focuses on developing and supporting marketing strategies, product positioning, and go-to-market activities for EMS software, including clinical documentation, QA/QI, billing, dispatch, analytics, and extended system-of-care solutions. The Marketing Manager works closely with Marketing Communications, Sales, and Product Management to ensure marketing programs, messaging, and campaigns are delivered effectively. This includes creating and maintaining product guides, sales tools, presentations, digital content, and marketing collaterals to support the EMS software portfolio. Additionally, the Marketing Manager serves as a subject matter expert on EMS software, competitive solutions, and market trends, providing guidance and support to field teams, Sales, and internal stakeholders.
